ck25Ukulele Outpost provides quality Ukes to our workshop participants and students as well as the general public.  At the present, our online store primarily serves as a catalog so students can get an idea of what instruments we can get for them. We’re just north of Missoula in St Ignatius… stop in for a cup of coffee and try out some cool ukes!

To Purchase Online:
We are an authorized dealer for Ohana Ukuleles and are able to supply gig bags and hard cases,  strings from Aquila and Worth,  traditional pitch-pipes and electronic tuners. We occasionally have used and vintage ukes available as well.

We are not your ordinary brick-and-mortar music store… we are here to teach ukulele and provide our students with great ukes at great prices. Thus, we carry very limited stock at any one time, but are able to get you anything from Ohana’s line quickly, so long as they currently have it in stock.  Your price will always be well below the suggested retail price.

Please call or email for current pricing and availability.

We don’t have an online shopping cart… we like to help people choose the uke that’s right for them!  Just  email us to discuss your needs… We accept major credit cards (via Paypal) as well as personal checks and money orders.  We currently are doing local sales only to avoid shipping fragile instruments. If you are in western Montana, let’s get you hooked up with a uke!

About Ohana Ukes:

When we started looking for a builder to partner with, Ohana was on our very short list. They build a wide range of instruments that combine beautiful craftsmanship with affordability. Nearly all of Ohana’s ukes feature solid wood construction, an important factor in producing an excellent tone. Ohana’s instruments, from their most inexpensive beginner models to their stunning solid koa 350G series, represent an excellent value.  We are pleased to be able to bring Ohana ukes to Western Montana.

After discussions with Ohana, we came to find that they share many of the same values we do: education, bringing the instrument to new players, and fostering a love of the simple beauty of the ukulele.  Ohana was a natural match for us, and we believe they will be for you as well.
